The Patient’s Concern A patient was referred to Geach Dental because she was unhappy with the appearance of her smile. She disliked the spaces between her front teeth, the uneven coloration, and the white spots that distracted from an otherwise healthy smile. Like many cosmetic dentistry patients, her goal was not to have an artificial “Hollywood smile.” She wanted a smile that looked naturally beautiful, balanced, and harmonious with her face. The Hidden Problems Behind the Smile When designing a smile makeover, it is important to look beyond the teeth alone. During our comprehensive smile analysis, we identified several factors affecting the appearance of her smile: Many cosmetic dental treatments focus only on the teeth. Full-Arch Dental Implant Rehabilitation Case Report

Restoring Function, Comfort, and Confidence with Implant Dentistry in Los Angeles & Orange County When patients lose multiple teeth or experience severe dental breakdown, everyday activities like chewing, speaking, and smiling can become difficult and frustrating. In this complex implant reconstruction case, Adam Geach, DMD, MDSc — Prosthodontist at Geach Dental — restored a patient’s bite, function, and appearance using advanced dental implant treatment and full-mouth reconstruction techniques. Most of the patient’s upper teeth were healthy enough to preserve, while the remaining lower teeth required extraction due to extensive bone loss. Treatment Included: Following a healing period of approximately three months, the implants were restored with: Unlike removable dentures, this implant bridge is permanently fixed in place, giving the patient a much more natural and secure experience while eating and speaking.
